Our prices include bed and breakfast or half board with following services:

• In the evening Gourmet menus prepared by our chef Michele
• Every Sunday gala dinner with welcome drink
• During the week theme evening and typical ladin dinner with local dishes
• Gluten-free and vegetarian dishes on request
• Wellness area with finnish sauna, turkish bath, infrared cabin, relaxation area with deck 
• Bathrobe and towels
• Garden with herbal house and tea corner
• Suggestions for hikes and tours with the necessary maps 
• Free Wi-fi
• Premium Holiday Pass for use of all public mobility in South Tyrol (buses, regional trains and national cable cars)
• Free external parking or parking in the garage for a fee

• The rates are intended per person and day with half board.
• The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and have to be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
• We would kindly ask you to inform us if you will arrive after 7 p.m.

• The booking is fixed only after receipt of a deposit of Euro 300.00 per room.
• In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
• In case of late arrivals or early departures, the entire period booked will be charged.
• We accept payments by credit card (no American Express & Diners)
• Cash is accepted up to the limit defined by current legislation.
• Our bank details for the transfer of the deposit are the following:

• In the case of stays of less than 3 days, we charge Euro 5.00 per person and day in addition to the rate as per price list.
• Extra charge for single room: Euro 7.00 per day.
• Children's bed or cot: Euro 20 per day.

• From 2 to 6 years: 50 % reduction
• From 7 to 12 years: 30% reduction
• From 13 to 18 years: 10% reduction
